What is your cancellation & no show policy?

We kindly ask all classes and private sessions are canceled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Any session canceled after the 12 hour window will result in a lost of the session or class pass. No showing a class or session with our prior cancellation will result in a $25 no show fee.
What happens if I am late to class?

It is important to show up to all classes and sessions on time, however we do realize life happens. We allow a ten minute grace period after class has started for you to quietly get settled. After these ten minutes, the door to the studio will be locked and you will not be able to join.
Do you issue refunds? What do I wear to class?

All services and packages are non refundable. No refunds or returns. Exchanges for the same value may be credited back to the clients account. Please wear grip socks to all reformer sessions. Mat session can be done with grip socks or barefoot.
What is your waitlist policy?

You may join the waitlist for any class that is full, you are not charged to join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available you will receive notification via text and email. If you are still available to join the class please respond “yes” within one hour of receiving the notification and the spot is yours, respond “no” if you are not longer able to attend. If you do not respond to this notification within one hour, it will go to the next person in line.
